This claim process usually takes anywhere from 24-72 hours to complete, it could take longer depending on whether we need to verify your identity or not. Identity verification is only required if the listing, that you are claiming ownership of, is already owned by another user. If the listing is not owned by another user, but was in fact added by us, we will transfer ownership of the listing to your account immediately.
How to Submit Your Claim
In order for us to process your claim quickly, you will need to provide us with the URL of your listing on this site that you are trying to claim. You can get the URL by browsing to the listing you need to claim, and copying the web address from the address bar of your browser. It should look something like this: http://www.crystalriver.com/listing-name/
Once you have that URL, come back to this page and fill out the form below. The form is simple, and you only need to provide minimal information about yourself initially. However if the listing is owned by another user on our website, we will need to contact you by phone to verify your identity and ownership of the business or event that you are trying to claim. Please ONLY claim listings of a Business or Event that You Own Yourself. In other words, ONLY business owners should submit a Claim for a Listing. We will NOT tolerate people abusing the claim system.

Once done, return to this page and fill out the form. Please make sure to provide the SAME email address in this form as you used to setup your account. If the email addresses do not match, your claim will be denied and ignored.
